The Execs on Loan service, the EOL database, and all data and relationships pursuant to that data are private and confidential properties of The Competence Group (TCG). Subscriptions to these private resources are for employers only.
Execs On Loan is NOT a repository of candidates for recruiters, PEO’s (professional employer organizations), or any individual or entity that provides or engages in staffing, placement, employment and or human capital management services.
While We welcome staffing and placement entities as subscribing customers, WE DO SO ONLY as customers who endeavor to meet the “INTERNAL” needs of their firm. Such entities and individuals will not be permitted to access EOL data or utilize Execs On Loan as a means of identifying or soliciting candidates to meet the needs of their clients, or to source employer subscribers on behalf of candidates they are attempting to place.
Therefore, in an effort to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our service, to protect Execs On Loan customers and EOL registrants from unwanted solicitations in particular and our commitment of confidentiality, and to protect and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our data and data systems, "ALL" request for subscription to our Execs On Loan (EOL) service will be pre-screened for approval without exception. Penalties and legal actions will be strenuously imposed should this confidentiality be compromised without hesitation.

How do I register to be an Execs On Loan?
On the right panel of each page on this website you will find an EOL icon labeled “Register or Log In.” Simply click the EOL image and navigate as needed.
Executives prepay the initial EOL registration for 3 months. In order to be flexible to individual availability, registrations auto-renew monthly with no deadlines or restrictions imposted, AND the freedom to suspend then reactivate your availibility as you see fit.
EOL’s who subscribe their firm to the service will enjoy a one-time discount for the first year of their registration as an EOL. Registration applications are pre-approved to ensure compliance with minimum requirements and are not transferable to another individual.
How do I register as an Employer Subscriber.
On the right panel of each page on this website you will find a Subscribers icon labeled “Register or Log In.” Simply click the Subscriber image and navigate as needed. Subscriptions are location specific and are not transferable between branch offices outside the account holders state of record. This means subscriptions do not cover an entire organization with locations that are either nation or world-wide. We are happy to develop and organizational account that serves multiple locations, kindly contact our subscription officer for a flexible arrangement that bests accomodates your companys needs.

For EOL’s
Executives are registering to help employers who require leadership level expertise. We do not and cannot not guarantee selection by an employer. We can only guarantee access to your information by those who require help, and that the number and percentage of subscribers in search of that help will continue to increase. You determine what you want to do, what industries or fields you want to work help, how you want to deliver support, where you want to work including virtually, and whether you want to volunteer or be paid. Once that exposure is created by registering a presence in our database, that exposure can't be retracted. That presence is what we offer and cannot be reversed. As an executive, you determine your availability and are free to change your availability status from active to inactive as you see fit.
For Subscriber’s
Employers subscribe to find help from the senior executives who have made themselves available to help others. We do not guarantee a perfect match exists, nor that a selected EOL will remain available perpetually. We can only guarantee access to our database of executive SME’s, and that increased EOL registrants also means an increase to an already superior quantity of senior experts making themselves available to help you.
As a subscriber, you determine searchs based on your own criteria and payment preferences for your subscription are free open month, semi-annual, or annual subscription options.
Fees for any services rendered by EOL's to employer subsribers are between the employer subscribers and the individual EOL only and at no time shall onyone other than the parties involved, or any representative of The Competence Group (TCG) negotiate/mediate payment or payment terms.
EOL's have the same right to provide assistance free, at a pre-determined rate by the EOL, or at a rate determined in discussion with their client, just as subscribing employers have the right to indicate their preferences for paid or pro bono.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, you cannot "unring a bell" or reverse exposure to confidential contacts and their information once that exposure is created.
As such, our registration and subscription fees are not refundable. The purpose of the database is to provide a connection medium for those who need help and those who want to provide it. We cannot erase that exposure once its established, and therefore refunds cannot be awarded.
