Execs On Loan (EOL) is a confidential and proprietary registry service of senior to c-level executives who want to help firms that need leadership assistance and that any employer may subscribe to. This service is provided and operated by The Competence Group (TCG) EIN: 52-1963151
The Competence Group, thru its Execs On Loan service is merely a conduit so that parties who would otherwise never communicate have an opportunity to do so in a confidential manner. The content, data, or any information input by registrants, subscribers, and other customers cannot downloaded by subscribers, and will not at any time be made available to any one.
TCG retains “ALL” ownership rights to all data generated herein, all communications and exchanges of information are initiated directly and can only occur between the parties involved; The Competence Group is not and shall not be party to those communications.
Who is this service for?
This service is for “any employer” who finds they need SME or decision-level assistance, and “any” accomplished professional (executives) with at least 15 years experience at the leadership level that wants to help.
Employers’ subscribe to access our EOL database, senior professionals register to serve as an Exec On Loan.
How this works.
Executive register to make themselves available as an "Exec On Loan (EOL)" to help employers requiring c-level expertise. Their efforts will fill that void at the senior leadership or decision-making level, and they may serve free or by fee at their own descretion.
Employers that need help from seasoned leadership with at least 15 years leadership experience subscribe to receive unlimited access to a growing database of senior to c-level "subject matter experts (SME)." Employers will receive the highest level of expert leadership consulting that will meet their interim executive needs.
Availability
Our database system will be available online, and our online format will permit 24/7 access to search candidates, update account info. Individuals with a minimum of 15-20 years of senior management experience are eligible to register as an EOL. Any US employer may subscribe to contact them. This EOL database is confidential and will remain the confidential, personal property of TCG.
